• All Delivery is via third party courier & Australia Post
• It is our courier’s policy that they do not ship to Post Office boxes.
• All Post Office Box addressed orders will be shipped using Australia Post.
• Courier deliveries may be replaced by Australia Post at our discretion.
• Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
• The couriers or Australia Post are unable to ring you prior or during delivery.
• If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
• If Delivery is attempted, and no one is home, generally a calling card will be left. It will be your responsibility to make contact with the company to arrange a collection from their local depot. All Couriers charge a redelivery fee, so only will attempt delivery once.
• Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.

Like most retailers that provide delivery services, Scherbra Automotive Group can only guarantee the delivery of items to the shipping address as specified by our customers. It is the responsibility of the customers to evaluate and decide if their shipping address is suitable for delivery purposes. Scherbra Automotive Group will not be held responsible for any item reported missing once the item(s) has been successfully delivered to the specified shipping address.

Delivery Terms

It is our intention to have all goods delivered as quickly as possible.
For delivery to major States, Territory cities and their surrounding areas, please allow 1-3 working days from date of clearance of payment. For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1-2 days.
 
Returns

We will accept authorized returns within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.
All authorized returns must be in their original condition, include all components, and cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation. Returns missing components will not be credited.

Original and Return freight charges are not reimbursable unless the return is a direct result of our error or faulty supplied parts.
